Online Login

Step 1 – On the banks homepage, you will find the online login form on the left hand side of your screen. Select the service you want to access, enter your Login ID and click “Sign In”.



Step 2 – You will be redirected to the online banking portal where you will be required to enter your password.

Mobile Apps

First Niagara provides account holders with Android and iOS apps to access their accounts remotely.









Mobile Site

First Niagara has a mobile webs service where users can use their mobile phone’s browser to access their online banking account. Visit and select Sign In to Mobile Banking.



Enroll in Online Banking

Step 1 – On the bank’s homepage, click “Set up my online account”.


Step 2 – Choose whether you want to enroll for a personal or business account.

Step 3 – Enter your Social Security Number, Enrollment PIN and date of Birth.


Step 4 – Provide any other information required to complete the enrollment process.
