
BBVA Compass customers can access their accounts remotely via the bank’s online banking service. This service allows users to pay bills, get alerts, view statements, move money and access accounts. The only pre-requisite to enrolling for an online banking account is to have an account with the bank. For more information about online banking, follow this link. Call customer service at 1-800-266-7277 or visit a branch location for assistance with online banking.
Online Login
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and enter your User ID in the online banking login form on the right hand side of your screen. Click the arrow beside the text box to proceed.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the BBVA Compass online banking portal where you will be required to enter your password. Click “Sign On” to proceed.

BBVA Compass has apps for iOS and Android, which allow account holders to access their accounts remotely.

If you are using a mobile device for which the bank has no app, you can always access your account via the banks mobile web.
Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 – Click “Activate” on the online banking login form on the bank’s homepage.
Step 2 – Click “Activate Your Online Banking Now”.
Step 3 – Choose the account type you have with the bank and provide the relevant account details.
Step 4 – Create an online banking profile. This includes your email address, User ID and password. Accept the terms of service to proceed.
Step 5 – Create security questions, then click continue to activate your account.
