Bank of America provides various online and mobile management tools to both personal and business Health Savings Account (HSA) holders. The online HSA portal allows customers to easily manage accounts and submit claims, in addition to other features. To learn more about all of Bank of America’s health accounts, click here.
Online Login
Step 1 – Go to this webpage.
Step 2 – Enter your username into the blank entry field, and click the ‘Sign In’ button.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the password form, enter your password (only if you recognize your personal verification photo that you selected upon online enrollment), and click the ‘Sign In’ button to complete the login process.
- Forgot Username – On the main HSA/Health Account login portal, click the link titled ‘Forgot Your Username?’ (outlined in the screenshot below) to be transferred to the username recovery webpage.
- Forgot Password -If you know your username, but have forgotten your password, you can access the password recovery page by clicking on the link titled ‘Forgot Your Password?’ that’s located below the password entry form.

Bank of America’s HSA mobile login website is located at the same URL as the main portal (benefitsolutions.bankofamerica.com/bensol/logindisplay.jsp). Follow the same process as detailed above to gain access to your health account.
Enroll in Online HSA Management
Step 1 – Go to the Bank of America Health Accounts Portal. Click the link that says ‘Sign Up’ below the section titled ‘New User.’
Step 2 – On the New User Setup page, you must enter your SSN or employee ID# (if signing up under an employer’s health account).
Step 3 – Click the ‘continue’ button and provide any necessary details to complete the online account signup process.
